I acknowledge and agree to:
- Comply with the terms and conditions set out in my acceptance offer and with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations of Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches.
- Take responsibility for reading and complying with the Academy’s regulations in their entirety. If I am unsure about any requirement or how it applies to me or my studies, I understand that it is my responsibility to seek clarification from the relevant Academy staff.
I understand that Academy regulations and policies may be updated periodically to:
a. comply with changes required by relevant professional, statutory or regulatory bodies;
b. incorporate academic best practices;
c. improve Academy services and enhance the student learning experience; and
d. reflect changes in Academy processes.
The Academy will communicate significant changes as early as reasonably practicable. - Take responsibility for my own learning, attend required classes and academic/professional activities, submit assessments by the specified deadlines, and attend all required examinations and assessments.
- Pay tuition fees and any other applicable fees related to my enrolment, including any applicable fines or charges, by the stipulated deadlines.
- Adhere to the official check-in and check-out dates published in the Academic Calendar. Any deviation is subject to prior approval from the relevant Academy authority.
- Comply with any applicable fitness to study requirements, including academic fitness, practical fitness and, where applicable, fitness to reside.
- Comply with all applicable UAE immigration, visa and residency requirements relevant to my student status. Where the Academy sponsors or supports my student visa/residency, I understand that I am responsible for maintaining valid documentation and providing any information or documents required by the Academy and the relevant UAE authorities. I understand that changes to my enrolment status, including withdrawal or non-engagement, may affect my visa or residency status in accordance with applicable UAE requirements.
- Understand that Academy regulations and policies may be reviewed and updated from time to time. As a student of Abu Dhabi Hospitality Academy – Les Roches, I take responsibility for familiarising myself with and complying with the policies and regulations currently in effect.
